Many modern hearing devices can be adjusted over the internet in the comfort of your own home. FaceTime, Zoom, and Skype counseling sessions are also available by appointment.
Porch Service is here, - or there- when you need it.
When there’s a need for service that can’t be done over the internet or by mail, our mobile service kicks into gear. We will come to you, collect your hearing equipment from your porch, service, sterilize, and return them — all while you’re safe inside. Our mobile service fee is still only $49.
